Planning Your Wedding
I always tell my brides that a good timeframe for planning a wedding is to give yourself a twelve (12) month window. With every couple is different. Some couples might need only six (6) months, and another might need two (2) years, it really boils down to the couple's desires and the type of wedding they desire.
So, as you begin the process of planning your wedding think about what is important to you both and set a timeframe that will allow you to fulfill your plans. I recommend that you pick up a copy of my “Complete Guide to Wedding Planning " at our venue or order your copy off Amazon. Our brides find our guide invaluable when planning their wedding. Be sure to surround yourself with people that can help you and give you emotional support also.
Inside you will find that I provide you with a complete checklist for a one year or six-month timeline, depending on what schedule you have chosen. In addition, you will find the do’s and don’ts for your wedding, duties and responsibilities of your bridal party.
As the bride you and everyone around need to realize and understand that you cannot plan a wedding completely on your own. It is crucial to rely on your support team to help make your wedding day come to life. It is totally fair and somewhat expected for you to ask someone to lend a helping hand.
